When my head is complicated, my body suffers🥵 Among the many aspects of me, there is one aspect that I don't like. #self-torture When I have a lot of thoughts or am stressed, I get sick of making up things out of nothing. I make my body tired so that my head can't think of other things, and I keep making up things. I was so tired yesterday that I told myself to go to bed early, but I started doing things again and couldn't sleep again.😴
