A parenting routine that we follow every morning. My second child doesn't sleep much. My 6-year-old brother goes to his room by 9 to pass out on his own, but my 4-year-old wakes up at 7 in the morning shouting, "It's morning!! The sun has risen!!" even on days when he plays until 11 at night. Then he goes to the living room by himself and plays games like that.
