Do you know Baek Sundae? ㅎㅎ When I was a student, I often went to Baek Sundae in Sillim-dong, but I got married and started eating it at home often because it was too much of a hassle to go there. Add sundae + cabbage + green onions + perilla leaves, add minced garlic, and stir-fry in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle sesame powder generously. It's done! Stir-frying chewy noodles is also delicious, but I skipped it because I didn't have any. For the sauce, mix a little gochujang (red pepper paste), doenjang (soybean paste), minced garlic, sesame powder, and cider. 🫢
