<Time for Records to Grow> I have loved to record since I was young. Records in photos, records in words. While preparing for my wedding, I looked into honeymoon snapshots and thought, why not record them in videos instead of photos? I bought a video camera that would cost over 1 million won. That is how my video records began to record YouTube. I recorded everything about our once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon and our daily lives in our first new home in videos. How many years have passed? The lazy person who wanted to be a slacker stopped recording videos. It was quite stressful for me to stop recording my favorite things with the excuse that I was busy and tired as an office worker. I wanted to record, I wanted to do it well, but why can’t I do it consistently? The past few months, when I decided to start again, I started recording videos again. It takes a lot of hard work to create a single video. I want to capture beautiful scenery and delicious food. I also want to capture our brilliant moments in them. I have to take pictures and I’m out of my mind. However, when I edit, I recall past memories and see my emotions, moods, weather, and everything from that time come to mind, and I realize once again how great the power of recording is. I made a promise to myself to overcome my laziness. Rather than hoping for something great, I decided that if I could provide small joys and helpful information to someone through my daily life, I would gladly not stop recording. When I let go of the burden of response, recording became even more enjoyable. Should I say that the stories I had written earnestly because I wanted to do better and share more became more comfortable? I show my lifestyle through YouTube. Me, the house I live in, my daily life, my travel destinations, everything. There’s a saying that starting is half the battle. Since I’ve already started, I think I’m halfway there. Therefore, I won’t forget this joy and will continue to record.
