[My new sprout this year, mind management.] Basically, I am not very tense, and even that often subsides. However, what I have realized through my married life and childcare is that my composure is directly connected to the happiness of myself and those around me. So, I have set a New Year's resolution - reading, meditation, and stretching. I chose my favorite yoga and meditation channels, and ordered books to organize my mind. I am also slowly changing my house little by little. I moved my desk, which was buried deep in the small room, to the sunniest spot in the house, next to the bed in the living room, so that I can sit at the desk at least once, and I also put a bedside lamp so that I can read while in bed. In the small room, I put a sofa instead of a desk, and I am also creating a comfortable stretching zone. In January, I enjoyed positive energy because I practiced well, but as time passed, the number of times and speed slowed down, but I will try to keep doing it without giving up or blaming myself. This is the precious seed that I discovered this year.
