🍽️ On a rainy day, potato pancakes are the best~~! (ft. Strawberry Ade) I like to make it without adding pancake mix and just using potatoes ㅎㅎ (It's a bit like French fries but crispy!) There's no recipe, but I'll write it down! 🥔 Crispy Potato Pancake Recipe 1. Cut the potatoes into strips and soak them in cold water. 2. Remove moisture and season with salt. 3. Coat with enough oil and place the potatoes on top. 4. Bake until crispy. (It's also delicious with pizza cheese on top!) I made a glass of strawberry syrup with my own homemade strawberry syrup and ate it together. It was salty, sweet, and sour, so delicious :) You have to eat pancakes on a rainy day ㅎㅎ
