#헤이네오라이프 ▪️Our baby's first radish kimchi (1-2 year old baby recipe)▪️ -Baby food recipe- (Since it's a recipe that uses salt, I'll explain it a little longer) My 23-month-old child is on baby food-toddler food with the goal of salt-free meals until at least 2 years old. Like most other children, I thought he wouldn't eat salt-free side dishes when he started eating at daycare, but fortunately, he still eats well at home except for rice bowls. (Steam carrots in a steamer, steam tofu, and do not add salt, soy sauce, sugar, or oligosaccharide to the side dishes.) The kimchi recipe calls for salt and seasoning, but my child is still good at making unsalted food, so I only added a small amount. Since each child has a different taste, please adjust the seasoning according to your child's eating habits, even if they are of similar age.🙂 I wanted to make a refreshing side dish for my baby, so I borrowed ideas from the daycare chef and YouTube to make 'baby kimchi', which is always in the refrigerator. ☑️Please prepare🛒 - 500g radish - 1/3 red paprika - 1/3 onion - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp seasoning - 1 tsp glutinous rice flour or baby rice flour (3 tsp rice starch) - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 apple - 100ml anchovy broth (for younger babies (I like vegetables too) - 1/2 spoon of minced garlic *Measurement based on a rice spoon
