Super easy toast for a busy morning 🥪 You can have a great toast just by putting a poached egg on a slice of bread! Today, I put ham on two sheets of kale that I grew myself, and put a poached egg on it, drizzled it with olive oil, and sprinkled some salt and red pepper on it:)
