I made a simple brunch. The recipe is so easy that it's embarrassing to even call it a recipe^^ Slice bananas thinly on hotteok and put a spoonful of ice cream in the middle. If you decorate it with colorful bowls and candle holders, the food will look even more delicious. If you just sprinkle sugar powder or syrup, it will make a pretty table setting. Eating a hotteok snack nicely makes me feel good as if I'm in a pretty cafe.
