It's a dish that I enjoy because it's lighter, lighter, and fresher than beef. ▫️Sole Meuniere 1. Season the thawed flounder fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them evenly with flour. 2. Place the flounder on a pan with olive oil and fry it, then add a piece of butter for extra flavor. 3. Place the grilled flounder on a plate and add butter, lemon juice, capers, lemon zest, and dill to the pan to make a sauce. 4. Plate the beans, bread, and salad to be eaten as a side dish, and sprinkle the sauce from step 3 to complete! ➿When making the sauce, if you add too much lemon juice, it'll be too sour. You can dilute it with water or add broth. There's nothing difficult about making fish steaks. If you spread flour evenly and bake it, you don't have to worry about oil splattering!
