This is the seafood stir-fry udon that I often eat :) Frozen udon noodles should be thawed to make them springy, but if you boil them right away without thawing them, they always get a little loose. Be sure to thaw them before boiling them :) Ingredients Squid, shrimp, clams, udon noodles, green onions, chili oil, chili paste, chili powder, minced garlic, sugar, onions, soy sauce, chicken stock Cooking process & recipe 1. Stir-fry clams and minced garlic in chili oil 2. Add the remaining seafood, green onions, boiled udon noodles, and seasonings to your taste. If you use less chili paste and chili powder, you can taste the seafood flavor more :) 3. Add onions and chicken stock at the end to add savory flavor Smart single life!
