🥢 Chili Oil Noodles with Tofu Crumble Once you taste this, you'll keep thinking about it! It's simple, but it's really delicious. It was even more perfect when I made tofu crumbles and served it on the side✨ ▪️ Tofu Crumble Fry the drained tofu in an oiled pan to remove moisture. Pour the seasoning sauce mixed with soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, and sugar and stir-fry to season to your taste. ▪️ Chili Oil Noodles In a concave plate, add 1t minced garlic, 1T minced green onion, 1T red pepper powder, 1/2t sugar, 1T soy sauce, and 1t vinegar, and pour 3~4T of hot oil to release the oil. Add one boiled udon noodle and add tofu crumbles, lemon, garlic bread crumbs, and green onions to enjoy. (Please adjust the soy sauce of the noodles according to the taste of the crumble) I highly recommend it as a simple lunch menu🫶
