🫘How about some refreshing Italian bean noodles? An Italian version of bean noodles. Capellini noodles are generously placed in a clear bean broth. You'll be amazed by the sweetness and savory flavor of chickpeas! (Reference to Kim Milan's recipe) ▪️Italian bean noodles 1. Soak 200g of chickpeas in cold water overnight. 2. Fry half an onion in olive oil in a deep pot, then add chickpeas and salt and fry together lightly. 3. Add 3~4L of water and boil over medium heat until the beans are cooked. 4. Grind the cooked beans with the bean water and strain through a cheesecloth, leaving only the clear broth, and store in the cold. 5. Boil the capellini noodles, rinse in cold water, and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 6. Place 5 in a plate, pour in the cold bean water, and finish with basil leaves, lemon zest, and pepper. ✔️The original recipe calls for rosemary oil, but I omitted it. It was delicious enough without it😋 A familiar yet new bean soup pasta! Enjoy it cool in the hot summer🥢
