๐ซ Round falafel with chickpeas! Two days ago, I made Italian bean noodles and the leftover chickpeas were too good to just throw away. So I made oven-baked falafel. Light and healthy! But it was actually a little dry, so I chewed it slowly and thoroughly ๐ 1. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and olive oil on the vegetables to be baked in the oven and mix them, then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. 2. Add ground chickpeas, salt, pepper, chopped basil (parsley is possible), curry powder, cornflour (flour is possible), and 1 egg, mix well, and shape into balls. 3. Spread olive oil evenly on 2 and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown. 4. Place the grilled vegetables, grilled falafel, and sourdough in a large plate and finish with cheese and salad dressing.
