๐ฝSweet and savory sweet corn and polenta I'm diligently eating sweet corn that's in season. I think it tastes even better because I think I can't eat it if not now! It's soft and easy to eat when eaten with savory polenta. 1. Fry onions in a pan with olive oil, then add peas and sweet corn and boil with water + chicken stock. 2. Season with salt and coat with butter and leave for a while. 3. Add 1c polenta, 3c water, and 2c milk and boil until thick, then add butter and mix well, then season with salt and cheese powder. 4. Place polenta and finished corn on a plate and finish with pepper, cheese, and olive oil. The taste of the season!
