I'm going to eat it until I'm sick of it (My love sweet corn๐ŸŒฝ) Since it's a series of hot days when I don't want to burn the stove, I made a cool and refreshing salad udon. It's sweet and sour, so it would be delicious if you put somen or buckwheat noodles instead of udon noodles! โ–ช๏ธSalad Udon Sauce: 2T Tsuyu, 1/2T Soy Sauce, 1T Vinegar, 1T Sugar, 1/2T Minced Garlic, 1/2T Sesame Oil 1. Microwave the corn for about 3 minutes 2. Cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces 3. Boil the frozen udon noodles in water and rinse with cold water 4. Pour the vegetables - udon noodles - corn kernels - sauce on a plate 5. Sprinkle lemon juice and sesame seeds to taste for a delicious meal.
