Home cooking with cold ingredients ๐ I've gathered all the cold dishes I made today! I had a simple shake for breakfast so I skipped the pictures. For lunch, I chopped up some cabbage that was sitting in the fridge, stir-fried it with garlic and soybean paste, and put it on Kamut mixed grain rice with an egg for a healthy meal. For dinner, I had a light meal with chicken breast, potatoes, tomatoes, and the remaining vegetables. Thanks to the refrigerator organization mission before moving, I've spent a lot of time in the kitchen this week and have written a lot of notes๐ I think I'll miss this place a lot even when I go to my new house.
