One wall in the living room, covered with solid wood plywood instead of wallpaper, looked too old-fashioned, so I repainted it myself with Dunn-Edwards paint and then had wainscoting custom-made and installed. I like accent lighting and indirect lighting, so I hung a white pendant light between the sofas.
