When pot rice was popular, I used to eat it a lot, but now that it's hot, I don't want to be in front of the stove, so I don't do it often. Since eggplants are in season and they were being sold at a good price at the mart, I bought a bunch and made eggplant pot rice today. When you're dieting, pot rice is like rat poison, lol.
