Since my shoulder hurt, I've been having a hard time cooking for myself, and these days, I'm really realizing the value of home cooking. I'm spending time thinking about how happy it is to be able to eat a warm and hearty meal made with my own hands. In particular, for a while, I enjoyed lightly steaming sweet corn, which is only available in season, and freezing it in small portions, and topping it on various dishes.
