Since my desk chair height didn't match my sitting height, I would often have bad posture and unconsciously put one leg on the chair. Eventually, this bad habit was one of the reasons why my back was bad. So, I bought an adjustable footrest to work comfortably and with the right posture. After using it myself, I regretted not using it sooner! My legs that were wandering around without a place to go have found stability. ㅋ And it's less tiring to work on the computer for long periods of time~ Now that I've come this far, I plan to redecorate my desk with a desk interior that's comfortable to work on.
