How about a sweet and light galette plate for weekend brunch? :) It's a super easy dish that can be completed by placing Paysanbreton's original crepe in a frying pan, adding a handful of mozzarella cheese and an egg, and folding the four corners. It's even more delicious if you put your desired ingredients on the side and eat it together!
