It's been quite a while since I moved into this house, but I've never made steamed eggs until just recently. The reason is that before I moved in, I used to make steamed eggs in a clay pot, but since I started using an induction stove, I've been wondering where to put them, and time has passed! I guess I still have some of my Today's House points left, the discount rate is good, and since the seller is Staub's official importer (DKSH Korea), I bought the Staub Baby Wok 16cm, which is famous for its induction-use steamed eggs.
