Le Creuset Round Pot 16 Cast iron pots are great for stews, steamed dishes, and curries, so I use them often. There are deep models for pot rice, but I also use the Signature Round one! It's the perfect size for two people, and it's not too big, so it's not too heavy! 2. Lava Baby Wok This is a wok that I often use when I'm making stir-fries/steamed eggs. It's small, so it's good for a single meal. It's easy to use, so you don't have to break it in, and it's also good that it stays warm for a long time while you're eating! 3. Aladdin Stainless 5-ply 16 After trying one or two, I realized that my family uses diameter 16 the best, so I bought it :) It's perfect for making stew for one meal! 4. Frequently used egg roll pan Even if you roughly oil it, it doesn't stick, so you can easily make egg rolls! Plus, it's light and small, so it's easy to control. Even if it's not egg rolls, I often take it out to fry small things like bacon and shrimp! 5. Ladle holder You don't necessarily need one, but a ladle holder is so convenient if you have one..! It's easy to take apart and wash, and it's sturdy enough to keep a heavy cast iron pot lid from tipping over! It's quiet because the surface doesn't get dirty because of a spatula or lid that's lost its place, but it's an item that does its job well!
