< Breakfast Tortilla > Ingredients: 1 tortilla, 1 egg, a little shredded cheese, 1 slice of Emmental cheese, 2 slices of ham, a handful of arugula, 4 cherry tomatoes, Sriracha sauce, Parmesan cheese 1. Pour the egg mixture into the pan sprinkled with shredded cheese. 2. Place the tortilla on top and flip it over before the eggs are fully cooked. 3. Add the Emmental cheese, ham, cherry tomatoes, arugula, Sriracha sauce, and Parmesan cheese, then fold the tortilla in half. 4.
