It's really windy fall now:) When the cold wind blows, I think of egg bread, hotteok, and bungeoppang🤎 So I made egg bread using the Cuckoo air fryer! 🍳Ingredients Paper cup, cooking oil, pancake mix, milk, sugar, (+corn, bacon, parsley optional) 🍳Recipe 1. Dough (Based on paper cup) Mix 2 cups of pancake mix, 1 cup of milk, and a little sugar 2. Oil the inside of the paper cup in advance. I used olive oil! 3. Pour the dough halfway into the paper cup. (Based on paper cup, it makes about 7~8 cups) 4. Add an egg and poke it with a toothpick! 5. Add toppings I only added corn and parsley 6.
