It seems like it's cooking week, following yesterday😉 I roasted eggplant and green onion and put them on top of oatmeal, and had a salad with figs and ricotta cheese for breakfast. Pour water into the oatmeal and microwave it for 30 seconds 3 times (if it's too long, it boils over) and it will become like porridge. It's much simpler than you think to eat :-)
