Today's Record 155:) A story about things I'm crazy about these days. . Asabi and pomegranate vinegar that I've been drinking consistently since mid-June. I lost about 3kg through a cleanse for 3 days in early June, and I drank yin-yang soup on an empty stomach to maintain it, and drank a spoonful of good quality olive oil, and drank asabi 30 minutes before meals without missing a single day, and I didn't drink any sweet drinks, carbonated drinks, or coffee. I also didn't eat rice, and I ate oats or brown rice. I'm a professional eater, so I usually eat meat when I go out. . I've lost a total of 5kg, and I don't really restrict what I eat, so I eat bread once a day. . I've kept the yin-yang soup, olive oil, and asabi routine, and I've stopped drinking cola, cider, juice, etc. . I can fit into pants that didn't fit, and my back fat has disappeared a lot, so I'm very satisfied:) . Until 2 weeks ago, I just thought that the loss was maintained! and I didn't really notice the change in my line, but I took a before picture and a recent picture that I took before the cleanse and was really shocked🫢 . My bones are thin, so even if I have fat, it's not noticeable unless you touch it. Before giving birth, I was really slim, but after giving birth to Jooheon, I gave up on the fat on my stomach, thinking that there was nothing I could do about it.
