Happy time shared with happy people Home cafe AM 11:00 After dropping the kids off at school and coming back, I busily finish cleaning up the house, and go into the kitchen and open the refrigerator to look around. What would be good..? I think about it and take out figs that can be enjoyed for a short season at the beginning of fall, and make open toast by putting cream cheese on crispy bread baked in the oven... Salad, cheese, and olive oil.. I make home brunch menus that are filled with my personal taste but full of sincerity. Ding-dong! Happy faces come to visit at the appointed time. It is a small but happy time where we share delicious food, laugh together, and share stories.
