Everyone enjoyed it so much that I was tired physically, but I felt so proud and happy 🫶 🍚Menu Introduction🍚 1. Mille-feuille nabe - I've made mille-feuille nabe many times before, but I was always worried because the broth didn't have a deep flavor. So this time, I used broth made with shiitake mushrooms, kelp, and green onion roots, and seasoned it with fish sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. It was a total success✨ It definitely tastes richer because I spent a lot of time on the broth🫶 It was savory but also refreshing, so everyone liked it :> ✅Broth recipe: Add green onion roots, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms and boil thoroughly (take out the kelp in the middle and boil thoroughly) 2 tablespoons anchovy sauce / 0.5 tablespoons minced garlic / 1/3 tablespoon salt / 1/3 tablespoon pepper ✅Ponzu sauce recipe: 2 tablespoons green chili pepper / 3 tablespoons soy sauce / 2 tablespoons vinegar / 1 tablespoon water / 1 tablespoon sugar 2. Yukhoe - My husband is a butcher, so we never miss Yukhoe at our housewarming parties! Thanks to my husband who brings good meat, I can always serve fresh raw meat for housewarming❤️ It's not because of my husband, but I love raw meat so much >< I seasoned the sauce with my own secret sauce and plated it with raw meat, radish sprouts, and pears that go well with it. ✅ Recipe for Yukhoe Sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce / 2 tablespoons sugar / 2 tablespoons sesame oil / 0.5 tablespoons minced garlic / a pinch of salt / pepper / sesame seeds 3. Rose Tteokbokki (ordered by Baetteok) - I wanted to make Rose Tteokbokki myself, so it would cost more for the ingredients, and I thought that homemade Rose Tteokbokki would be divisive, so I decided to go safe and ordered from Baetteok, which is famous for Rose Tteokbokki. ㅎㅎ 4. Fried Gimmari + Fried Squid + Yaki Mandu (ordered by Baetteok) - I was going to order frozen assorted fried foods and fry them myself, but considering the time and money, there was no advantage to either, so I ordered Rose Tteokbokki and Baetteok together! 5. Small Gimbap - I made these small gimbap because I wanted to feel like Gwangjang Market drug gimbap! I even made sauce with mustard, but actually, I've never eaten Gwangjang Market's small kimbap since I was born with a lot of money, so I didn't know what it tasted like..?^_^ But it was a very satisfying menu that everyone ate up! ✅ Mustard sauce recipe: 0.5 tablespoons mustard / 2 tablespoons water / 2 tablespoons soy sauce / 1 tablespoon vinegar / 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide 6. Lemon cream shrimp - This is a menu I tried because I had some raw shrimp left at home!
