Do you like meat stew? I bought beef brisket, but I thought meat stew would be delicious, so I added vegetables and made meat stew. I cut chives, oyster mushrooms, and paprika into strips by color, rolled them in meat, and fried them with egg. The mustard sauce is really delicious. You can mix mustard, condensed milk, vinegar, soy sauce, and plum extract.
