The atmosphere of On the Table is determined by which plate the dessert is placed on. When preparing coffee, I put out the dessert plate along with the cup very carefully. When choosing a dessert plate, I prefer a design that is not fancy, but is a work of art in itself, and that does not interfere with food styling, whether it be shape, color, or material... with one point.
