🎃 A dish that can be made with just pumpkin #5 Pumpkin salad A salad that is even more delicious with a sweet and sour dressing added to the pumpkin topping~ 🥣 Ingredients 〰️ Half a mini pumpkin 〰️ A handful of arugula 〰️ A few nuts 🥣 Dressing ingredients 〰️ 1T onion powder (chopped onion is ok) 〰️ 1t garlic powder (chopped garlic is ok) 〰️ 1.5T lemon juice, 1T vinegar 〰️ 2T olive oil 〰️ 1T honey 〰️ A pinch of salt 👩🍳 Preparation 1. Slice the pumpkin into 1cm thick pieces and bake in a 160 degree oven for 20 minutes. 2. Mix all the dressing ingredients and prepare. (The amount of dressing is enough to eat one or two more times~) 3.
