I baked mini croissant dough, made chocolate show, ate it, took out the biscotti I made, and even cleared the peach compote I made with whipped cream! I brought Smeg and am totally into home baking these days. I like canelés, but there are only a few places that sell them, so I make them at home and eat them. The taste of everything just coming out of the oven and cooling down makes me unable to leave the oven all day~!!
