Today, I wanted to eat Seokbakji, so I made Sundae soup! It's as easy as ramen, so there's no recipe. I'm embarrassed. ✔️ Ingredients: beef bone broth pack, assorted sundae (Market Kurly), green onion ✔️ Add assorted sundae & green onion to beef bone broth and boil it I like clear broth without any radish, so Season with salt and pepper and you're done! (Instead, I'll make it taste like pepper soup....) If you keep beef bone broth packs, they'll be very useful!
