It's a German dish made by mixing meat and flour and baking or smoking it in the oven, but to make it easier for my son to eat, I didn't use flour, mixed minced pork and beef with paprika and onion, put quail eggs in the middle, used bacon on the outside, rolled it up like kimbap, and baked it in the oven for 30 minutes.
