I bought it because the design was pretty, and I really liked it when I saw it in person. However, there was a defective part at first, so I contacted the company and they took care of it. I think they knew about it from the time it was made, but I felt like they just sent it without replacing the defective part with a new one. Still, since it is not the visible exterior, but the inside of the storage, I decided to use it without any problems. Other than that, I like everything else.
