Why is it raining so much this winter… I use raincoats for my dogs as often as I do in the summer. Since they are all dogs who always poop outside in a multi-dog household, I have to clean up the raincoats at least twice a day, three times each… a total of six times. I try to dry and put on only the raincoats that are easy to put on, but they don’t dry well in weather like these days.
