What cutlery do you use in your kitchen? I use about three brands. The most common ones are Sabre, Laguiole, and Thai Shanknut Cutlery. I like Sabre because it has a variety of pretty colors, and Laguiole is famous for its cutting power. When I go to a steakhouse, I often see Laguiole being used. Sabre and Laguiole twisted cutlery go well with general dishes, so it's good to match them here and there.
