I received dried persimmons as a gift and stored them in the freezer. I'm making dried persimmon rolls and eating them. I'm sad that there aren't many left. They were great as a winter snack...and they're also great for entertaining guests. I added a little cream cheese and pine nuts instead of walnuts, and they were just my style. It looks great served on a small table with a cup of tea, right?
