Rather than making a resolution to do something, I think moving my body and putting it into action is the hardest...😑 It secretly takes a lot of energy, and it takes a lot of thought to put a resolution into action...(?!) I wish it weren't like that, but these days, when I'm shrinking even more because of the cold, I finally took some time yesterday to start the early work that I've been putting off. I also have to make a year-end cake, and I'm not even able to finish the number of volunteer cookies I'm making, and I keep passing them on to my tomorrow self...😂 It's cold outside, so I don't want to go out, but I don't want to be consumed by laziness because it's the end of the year...!
