Lunchtime these days when I invited friends over :) I made a pot of tomato soup and prepared a table with different types of pasta😊 The chicken salad that I've been missing lately seems like it would be great for a Christmas home party menu :) Tear the chicken breast that I've been putting in the microwave into small pieces, mix it with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper to taste, and put it on the salad with an apple to eat it.
