I got the small size, but the inside is wide and has a lot of storage space, so it can hold quite a lot! ✔️Size/Weight It's a small size, but it's spacious enough to hold all my nutritional supplements. If you're only going to store nutritional supplements or small items in the kitchen, the small size should be enough.
