Home cafe with Breville Barista Pro BES878 ๐Ž๐๐„๐ ๐Ÿ–ค If you make a cafe latte at home, Bitter taste + Water taste + Milk taste = What kind of taste is this? ๐Ÿ˜ซ So I always drank Americano. แŸ.แŸย  Now, with the Breville BES878 machine, I can make a chewy and rich cafe latte at home โ˜•๏ธ โœด๏ธŽ Design When I think of Breville, silver comes to mindโžฐ I chose black because I wanted to add a point to my home cafe space decorated in neutral colors. The real thing is so pretty๐Ÿซข But in the case of the drip tray, I washed it in the sink and turned it over, so a small scratch appeared. Because it's black, the scratch was visible. In my personal opinion, I think the silver model has the least noticeable scratches๐Ÿค โœด๏ธŽ Convenience After using a simple capsule and a fully automatic machine, it felt a bit complicated at first to use a semi-automatic machineโ• In particular, I think I made about 10 shots in a row to find the right grinding degree and tamping strength๐Ÿฅน However, once you find the initial settings, from today on, you can feel like a barista ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป and easily make delicious coffee while fully enjoying the feeling of a semi-automatic machineโžฐ โœด๏ธŽ Function Since the integrated grinder can be finely adjusted in 30 steps, I first tried grinding at step 15. The manual says that it is suitable when the espresso starts flowing in 7~8 seconds. But the espresso starts flowing from 3~4 seconds. แŸ I found the optimal level by reducing it by one step ๐Ÿง The optimal coarseness varies depending on the coffee beans I use. The coffee beans I use are ground at level 9, and when I lightly tamp, the espresso is extracted properly ๐Ÿ˜Šย  It was very convenient that I could check not only the grinding stage and time, but also the espresso extraction time through the LCD display โžฐ So I would like to highly recommend a model with an LCD display to beginners like me ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป โœด๏ธŽ Ease of management and cleaning I used a capsule machine and then switched to a fully automatic machine, and this time I am using a semi-automatic machine (Breville) for the first time. It is the same that I have to throw away the water and the residue (capsules, pucks).ย  However, compared to a fully automatic machine, I think the semi-automatic machine is much cleaner to maintain. Fully automatic ones are connected to the inside of the machine because the machine does everything, so the puck and the part where the water accumulates are connected to the inside of the machine, so the more you use them, the farther away they become from cleanliness. With semi-automatic ones, you can immediately remove the puck, and since the part where the water accumulates is not connected to the inside of the machine, you can expect to be able to enjoy the aroma and taste of coffee cleanly for a long time. โžฐ After a few days, you will be able to completely focus on the sound of the coffee beans rolling in, the scent of the ground coffee powder, and the sight of the espresso flowing like hot honey through the extraction port.๐Ÿค Become a home barista with Breville๐Ÿ–ค #Product provided #์˜ค๋ฆฌ๋ทฐ์–ด #์˜คํ•˜์šฐ์Šค #์˜ค๋Š˜์˜์ง‘ #๋ธŒ๋ ˆ๋นŒ #๋ธŒ๋ ˆ๋นŒ์—์Šคํ”„๋ ˆ์†Œ๋จธ์‹  #๋ธŒ๋ ˆ๋นŒ๋ฐ”๋ฆฌ์Šคํƒ€ํ”„๋กœ #๋ฐ”๋ฆฌ์Šคํƒ€ํ”„๋กœ #์—์Šคํ”„๋ ˆ์†Œ๋จธ์‹  #ํ™ˆ์นดํŽ˜
