When I bought a Market B product, I received a defective product for the first time and when I searched, it seemed like there were often defective products but I couldn't connect to the customer center by phone, and all A/S was written on the website, so it was so frustrating. Every time I wrote a post, I had to write my name, phone number, order date, etc., but the response I got was short... It wasn't a refund or exchange due to a defective product, but only an absurd measure.. I think the Market B A/S system needs to be changed!
