With the reconstruction process delayed, I decided to renovate and proceeded with the work using a storage move for about three weeks. I seriously considered postponing it due to the COVID-19 situation, but since I had already paid the deposits for both the renovation and the storage move, and had booked a place to live nearby via Airbnb, I proceeded as planned. Fortunately, my family of four was able to move back into the house safely. I chose an overall white tone and purchased and arranged white furniture to match. Most of the furniture I used previously was over 10 years old, so I threw it all away and bought new items this time. Since I purchased most of them through the Today's House store, I was promoted to VIP status. I love bright mint and sky blue tones, so I bought a keyboard key skin, a trash can, a vanity stool, and a metal drawer unit in mint, which serves as an accent color. It hasn't even been a month since I renovated and moved in, so please bear with me if there are still some imperfections. First, I’d like to give you an online housewarming tour of my room, which I’ve put a lot of love and care into! (#FurnitureAndAppliancesBoughtWithMyOwnMoney) First up is the desk you see as soon as you enter my room~♡ Since I am sensitive to electromagnetic waves, I bought a desk that is as long and neat as possible to separate the area where I read books and papers from the area where I use the computer, even if just a little bit! I organized documents in file boxes on the shelf above and placed a reading stand there~ Because the delivery of the bookshelf was delayed due to the COVID-19 situation, books are currently piled up on top of the drawer unit next to the desk~😂
