Hello : ) I'm Momo, a single mom in her 30s who's interested in housekeeping : ) I really like pot rice : ) Among them, I solved today's lunch with "1-person Mimtukbaegi"! : ) I always pick mushrooms at the local grocery market. These days, shiitake mushrooms are really tastier than real pine mushrooms? ! I mix shiitake and pine mushrooms together and make soup with radish and broth to make mushroom pot rice for one person.
