The plate that I'm into these days is the Kanesuzu line. It has a subtle vintage feel, so it goes well with many places, and it's simple and easy to use. It's also good that you can just wash it in the dishwasher...so I think a lot of restaurants use it. The color I chose is navy, but it doesn't have a strong blue feel, so it looks like black at first glance, and the saturation is low, so it goes well with both wood and white tables. It's good because it's not too light or too heavy, and it feels solid, so I thought that a lot of people look for good things.
