This is an original GameCube controller connected to a Nintendo Switch adapter that destroys the interior. My fiancé is French, but he is a total otaku obsessed with Japanese console games. Even though there are pretty wireless controllers for the Nintendo Switch, he insisted that he absolutely had to use the original GameCube pad to enjoy playing Super Smash Bros., so now we have these hideous wires visible. So, on the evening he bought it, we played Super Smash Bros. together, and I absolutely crushed him.
