I've been living like a couch ghost lately, but I tried to escape and made French toast for a home brunch :) I used to just do it by feeling, but now that I've kept the proportions, it's twice as delicious! 1. Soak the sliced bread in 185ml of milk + 3 eggs + 30g of sugar + a pinch of salt + a little cinnamon powder + a little maple syrup and leave it for as long as possible! I used almond milk and it was delicious:) And the longer you soak the pho, the more moist it becomes, so it tastes even better, so let it sit with plenty of time.ㅎㅎ 2. Put butter on the pan, cover it with a lid, and bake it for about 10 minutes on very, very low heat, and it will turn golden brown. 3. Flip it over once and bake the other side on low heat for 3-4 minutes, and you'll have moist pho. I ate it with ice cream, and it was heaven on earth.. And with Ah-ah, it was so delicious that I kicked the brunch cafe with my feet..🫶 But I was a little disappointed because I ate it alone. Do you have a party member who will eat pho with me?😯 . . . #OhHomeStoRang #오홈스토랑시즌10 #맞팔 #프렌치토스트 #플레이팅 #뚭슐랭
